According to some experts, when you are designing your call center the optimum allocated square footage, including common areas, is 125 square feet per agent. The optimum number of people per call center facility is 600. It has been shown that this is the ideal number to manage (e.g., manage communication). Also, administration is easier and costs are optimized.
