Kathryn E. Jackson, Ph.D.
Dr. Kathryn Jackson has a history of successfully transforming call centers. Partnering with clients' management teams, she combines innovation with the deep understanding of the role that call centers play in organizations. The resulting centers are efficient, highly productive, and customer-centered. In 1989, she co-founded Response Design Corporation®.
Thomas B. Tucker
An extraordinary project manager, Thomas Tucker co-founded Response Design Corporation® in 1989 and is responsible for its sales, marketing, operations, and strategic partnerships. His completed projects include the integration of computer hardware with management processes for a large steel company, the implementation of training in a major pharmaceutical firm, and the transformation of call centers in several large financial institutions. His customer-contact knowledge and network of resources gives our clients the peace of mind that their efforts are fully supported.
Deborah L. Royer
Deborah Royer's talent for assessment and observation is essential to the high marks that clients give to Response Design. In addition to problem solving, Deborah has the vision to help call center managers go beyond their constraints to achieve greatness. She has a deep understanding of companies' cultures and knows that solutions, no matter how good they are, do not work if they are not aligned with the culture.
Margaret Newton
Since 2000, Margaret Newton has played an integral part at Response Design. She works closely with consultants to streamline their findings into products for clients and the general public. Margaret excels at seeing Response Design through the eyes of the customer. She strives to make the organization as friendly and accessible as possible. She manages LeapFrog!®, Response Design's metric database and is responsible for communicating its results to customers.
